LAURONA firearms factory is established in 1941 by four outstanding gun making craftsmen. In 1954, having a production of 8 side-by-side shotguns a day, LAURONA starts to export to Several countries.
 
In 1964, it makes its first over-and-under shotgun with extractor and twin single triggers. In 1971, is built its present factory of some 7,000 square metres, providing it with the most up To-date machinery and the installation of one of its most significant achievements: its BLACK CHROME, increasingly appreciated all over the world. In 1983, LAURONA makes its first side-by-side express rifle, and in 1988 is put on the world markets its first over-and-under express rifle and also its first over-and-under shotgun combination.
 
Ever since, LAURONA is constantly being equipped with new installations and more and more modern and perfect machines to fulfill its new manufacturing process requirements.
Very important improvements have also been obtained in wood, polishing and engraving departments and of course in that of the BLACK CHROME.
 
Finally, to underline the importance of its inestimable skilled craftsmen, who rendered possible to reach the perfect and so attractive nowadays LAURONA products.

  1. Prove that the official proof, as per the European directives in force, has been carried out under a 1.370 bars pressure and with steel shot cartridges
  1. Ant that, consequently, if a change in law (may be before than expected) obliges to do it, as occurred in other countries, your shotgun CAN FIRE this kind of cartridges with full efficiency and with no danger for you and your LAURONA shotgun.
